Work highlights

  • Leading teams of design managers, product designers, and content designers for two of Atlassian’s flagship collaboration products, Confluence and Trello. Highlights include delivering a visual vision for the future of Trello, developing experience strategies for revenue growth and expansion, and revamping team practices to improve productivity and morale.

  • I led teams of content designers in Atlassian’s two main markets: technical and non-technical teams. Highlights include creating the information experience leadership team, developing an Atlassian-wide content strategy, and increasing the visibility of content designers across Atlassian and the wider industry.

  • Co-creator and sponsor of the University of Rochester’s Karp Library Fellows program, which develops future-ready students through the use of creative problem-solving, design thinking, collaboration, and leadership skills.

  • Past events include Write the Docs Prague, LavaCon, Atlassian Design Week, and industry meetups across the U.S. and Australia. Recent topics include:

    • Women in tech and design leadership

    • Building a design system with voice & tone guidelines

  • As a mentor on ADPList and panelist at California College of the Arts (CCA), I support students, recent graduates, and any experienced designers and managers through career change.
